2. **Unwanted Items**: For returns based on unwanted items, they must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item, shorter than the usual 14-day period.

3. **Sale Items**: Any products purchased during sale periods or exclusive offers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

4. **Damaged/Faulty Items**: In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will exchange or refund the item. You must notify us within 5 days, a stricter period compared to 7 days, of receiving the item.

5. **Contacting Us**: Before making any returns, contact us at enquiries@ilashdepot.com for further instructions. Returns may take up to 10 working days to be processed, shorter than the typical 14 working days.

6. **Handmade Variations**: Our lashes are handmade with precision; minor differences between products are not considered faults but part of the unique design crafted by our team.

7. **Proof of Purchase**: A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to complete your return.

8. **Refunds**: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days (UK) & 7 working days (International), shorter than the usual processing times.

9. **Rejection**: ILashDepot reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above-stated requirements.
