What is your return policy?

Returns must be in original, unopened packaging within 10 days for unwanted items, and within 5 days for damaged/faulty items. Sale items are non-returnable. Contact us at imanib47@gmail.com before making any returns. Returns may take up to 10 working days to be processed, and refunds within 3 working days (UK) & 7 working days (International) if approved.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, ILashDepot only provides shipping within our domestic region. We appreciate your interest, and we invite you to check back in the future for any updates to our shipping policies.
